Failure to make timely payments may result in a delay or suspension of services.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content provided by DIGIMexx, including website design, software, and digital assets, is owned by us unless stated otherwise in a service agreement.
  • You retain ownership of the content you provide to us, but grant DIGIMexx a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, and display the content for the purposes of delivering the service.

Upon full payment, we will transfer ownership of the final deliverables to you, subject to any pre-existing intellectual property rights.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any confidential information exchanged during the course of the project. This includes business plans, financial data, and proprietary information. This obligation will continue even after the project’s completion.

8. Limitation of Liability

DIGIMexx will not be held responsible for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Loss of data or information, unless caused directly by our negligence or failure to deliver services as agreed.
  • Third-party services or tools we may use to deliver solutions.

We are committed to providing high-quality services, but we do not guarantee specific results, as factors beyond our control may impact outcomes.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice in case of a breach of these terms. DIGIMexx reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received or if the client violates the terms.

Upon termination, any outstanding payments will become due immediately.

10. Modifications to Terms

DIGIMexx reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be effective once posted on our website. By continuing to use our services after such changes, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the United Arab Emirates, as applicable. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India, or UAE.
