Once the SEO project has started and initial setup is done, refunds are not possible. After the 30-day agreement period, you can choose to cancel your services if you wish to stop. Please note that payment must be made before the project starts, as we invest resources and tools from day one.
For performance marketing, refunds are not applicable once the service begins. We charge only for our service fees — the ad campaign investment is not included in these charges. You will handle the ad budget payment directly with the advertising platform. Our team will guide you on which platform to use and what budget is suitable for your campaign. If no ads are run during a paid month, your campaign will be carried forward to the next month. We do not accept service charge payments after the month ends, as we allocate time, tools, and resources to your project from the start.
For website design, a 60% advance payment is required before starting the project, and the remaining 40% is due after completion and before final handover. Each project usually takes up to 30 days to complete, depending on the scope and requirements.
Refunds for website design are only available within 48 hours of payment. After 48 hours, we begin the design and development process, and refunds are not possible. Also, no refunds will be accepted after 15 days from the payment date due to project scheduling and resource allocation.
Yes, after the initial 30-day period, you can cancel SEO or marketing services if you decide not to continue. For website design, cancellation is possible only within the 48-hour refund window.
